Complete Application Form and return with a deposit non-refundable cheque for £50.00. Form duly witnessed by a Proposer and Seconder who are club members. FAILING WHICH TWO REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.

From 1st APRIL 2012 subscription will be 50% of the sums quoted above. This will take you to 1st October when you come in line with the financial year.

The Club Financial year commences 1st October until end of September. Subscriptions for ensuing year are set at a Special General Meeting each September.

Fairways Credit allow you to pay in monthly instalments any or all costs. A fee of 6.1% is applicable. Subscriptions to be settled in October.
